UX: If I delete from my local folder, update "Previous Recordings" right away

I just deleted all the previous recordings on my Mac in the "recordings" folder, but this change isn't reflected immediately in the app unless I close and re-open the window

you can also press "reload" and will do the same
"right click" and reload

The recordings list now uses union listing logic, which changed how deleted-from-disk items are handled. Please re-test on the latest release and re-file with your version and logs if the list still doesn't update correctly.
