Cap disappears on startup if window is clicked away

Description

During initial setup, if a user clicks away from Cap, the window is unrecoverable without quitting and restarting Cap, though audio continues to play.

Reproduction

1. Clean install of Cap
2. Start Cap
3. Immediately click to another window
4. Cap window cannot be recovered

• Cap version: v0.3.24
• Operating system, version: MacOS 15.3
• Device (optional): MacBook Pro, 14in 2021, M1 Pro

Startup handling has been reworked since this was reported. Please re-file with your version and logs if the app still disappears on startup for you.
