Start Recording shortcut not working

Start Recording shortcut doesn't do anything.

• Operating system, version: macOS 15.5
• Device (optional): Macbook Pro M4

I don't have any logs in /Users/empz/Library/Logs. There's no so.cap.desktop in there.

Hotkey handling has been reworked since this was reported. Please re-file with your version and logs if the Start Recording shortcut is still broken on the latest release.
