Opening the settings window by clicking on the gear icon opens another window, which has a redundant set of window control buttons

Reproduction

Open settings by clicking on the ⚙️ icon.

The settings window layout has since been migrated. Please re-file with your version and a screenshot if you still see duplicate window controls on the latest release.
