Provision Dynamics environments or create training on how to set up trials

For the SpecFlow training an application user needs to be set up through Azure AD. Some attendees struggled with this, so it would be useful to have an Azure AD instance and Dynamics environments set up in advance, that the attendees can be given access to for the training.
