feat: add more user stats

[Cattn]

Optionally collect more stats, such as (but not limited to)

1. Play Count
2. Minutes Listened
3. Date Added (for items to library)
4. Number of friends
5. Size of library (different clients?)

This is not about how the stats should be displayed, but rather what data should be collected
