feat: public profiles

[Cattn]

Allow for users to make their profile "public"

Include the following potentially:

1. Music stats (think stats.fm)
2. Last played song (now playing)
3. Button to friend them
4. Allow user fields? (Bio, Fav artists, etc kinda like Airbuds)

Feel free to suggest things, bring up concerns, etc.
