ALL local image links seem to be broken

When the website tries to call images of seals from the local directory something is going wrong. For example, take an image from the gallery on the front page (link below):

http://165.134.241.74/digisig/images/medium/10209794_2816.jpg

When you click through to the page with information about that seal the link to the image is formulated as below:

http://165.134.241.74/digisig/entity/10209794_2816.jpg

The links should be the same. I suspect the bug is the result of someone messing with a constant.

Did a bit more investigation today. The broken image link problem does not occur when you run a normal search, through the search bar, then click on one of the supplied links. The problem only occurs when you click on one of the images in the image gallery.
