DNS and URLrewrite redo #95
Description
This was rediscovered while investigating #94 and is connected to #81. The DNS needs to be fixed so digisig.org is not masked and all absolute links need to be made relative. Adding in new components is difficult because those components use relative paths. As the URL becomes more descriptive, it actually changes the relative path and breaks the components unless you re-code the components to use relative paths.
Adds way too much unnecessary complexity because it was not set up properly from the start. This was because none of us knew how to do DNS stuff at the time, so we just hacked around that knowledge gap.
