Remove dotenv-expand dependency #5
Description
This is super helpful, but the implementation of fs overwrites .env and makes it useless.
However it could be cool to preload with dotenv-expand because we can use our own variable for dev, for example, without replacing .env at all. In fact, .env could be in the repo, to some extent.
