Does the extension need to be bundled? When building with vsce, I get the following message:

This extension consists of 198 files, out of which 141 are JavaScript files. For performance reasons, you should bundle your extension: https://aka.ms/vscode-bundle-extension . You should also exclude unnecessary files by adding them to your .vscodeignore: https://aka.ms/vscode-vscodeignore
 DONE  Packaged: /home/william/wsrc/vscode-chialisp-lsp/chialisp-lsp-client-0.0.1.vsix (198 files, 2.51MB)
