    <p>We are a research group in the <a href="https://med.virginia.edu/genome-sciences/">Department of Genome Sciences</a> at the <a href="https://www.virginia.edu/">University of Virginia</a> School of Medicine.</p>
    <p>We develop computational methods for long-read sequencing, structural variation, genome assembly, and disease genomics to better understand human genome variation and its role in health and disease.</p>
