I used the Add and Activate Ultimate Performance Profile (UPP) feature and I ended up with no performance profiles in Settings. Remove UPP fails with 'You cannot call a method on a null-based expression.' on the {Invoke-WPFUltimatePerformance -State "Disable"}
Running Windows 11 Pro 24H2 26100.2161
Update:
The old control panel UI does show the power plans, only the new Settings UI does not. As a check, I used the old control panel UI to delete the UPP profiles (there were two, so I may have double clicked the Add option?). When the UPP was deleted, I can again see a list of profiles in the new Settings UI. I then tried adding the UPP using "powercfg -duplicatescheme e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61" and selecting that in the old UI. Again, the new UI doesn't provide a dropdown list. So, this seems to be a Windows 'feature'.
