Getting 'Login Failed' even though getting a [200] response. #3

I get a 'Login Failed' even though my response is a [200].
I added a 'print' to show the login_response i'm getting (below):

(venv) eggy:Getting-started-with-Cisco-SD-WAN-REST-APIs-fork eggy$ ./sdwan.py device_list
login_response
<Response [200]>
Login Failed

Also, using Postman with same credentials the login works.

I am super new to this. I keep getting the "CISCO SDWAN details must be set via environment variables before running." I know I need to have a file somewhere that has those variables. I have little to no idea where to go. This is a USER PROBLEM. Can you help give me a leg up to use this?
