Published Javadoc is outdated #936

It seems the Javadoc published at https://codeintelligencetesting.github.io/jazzer-docs is outdated, for example the jazzer-api Javadoc does not include the com.code_intelligence.jazzer.mutation package available in Jazzer 0.24.0.
The cause for this might be this failing GitHub Actions run: https://github.com/CodeIntelligenceTesting/jazzer/actions/runs/13033099928
