Edit House Meeting Attendance

When choosing a date to submit house meeting attendance we should check for a previously submitted meeting and display the submitted results in the table. This should allow for the evaluations director to modify the attendance for that meeting.

Just a thought on this one that I should probably write down: when we populate the attendance for previous meetings we should do that based on who has an entry already in the attendance table (not those who are currently eligible for attendance). This way if you go back to a meeting from another year, the correct attendance will be shown.

This comment also exists because I think this should be one of the next thing we do. 😉
