I was wondering, if PyPI is temporarily unavailable, will it be impossible to work with windows-mcp at all? Even if it was previously installed while PyPI was working? Thanks for your hard work!

You could always clone the repo and run

uv pip install -e .

it will install windows-mcp in your machine and then you can run the usual commands as per the docs
