  1. cartridges/int_cybs_sfra_base/cartridge/controllers/CheckoutServices.js
    CheckoutServices-PlaceOrder updates the continueUrl from Order-Confirm to COPlaceOrder-SubmitOrderConformation

  2. cartridges/int_cybs_sfra_base/cartridge/controllers/COPlaceOrder.js
    COPlaceOrder-SubmitOrderConformation renders template cart/RedirectToConformation

  3. cartridges/int_cybs_sfra/cartridge/templates/default/cart/RedirectToConformation.isml
    submits a form with the action of Order-Confirm

The PlaceOrder route was already going to end up at the Order-Confirm route this update only introduces errors.
