Consider adding an alternative to BLS, Branch Size, Depth (BSD) #4

Alternatively to BLS, BSD can assume each branch is of the same size, and then how many levels deep.

It should only be two values, [Brach Size, Depth]

In the Tree struct

BSD  [2]int      `json:"branch_size_depth,omitempty"`
