feature request: more natural way to navigate the page while zoomed in #1

Currently to pan around the page you have to press and hold the spacebar while you click and drag around. It might be nice where, if you're in "select" mode, you can use your trackpad or mouse to scroll around. Additionally, scroll bars to click and drag around might also suit this purpose
