Unable to connect to "uncensoreddns" using HTTP/3

uncensoreddns now claims to support DoH3, however DNSCrypt-Proxy seems to only connect using HTTP/2. Anyone knows why or how to diagnose the issue?

I suppose you mean HTTP/3. That server doesn't seem to support it:

OK, so it's a server problem and not related to DNSCrypt-Proxy.

(Btw. please make Windows builds available again, i.e. fix 7db9b5f#comments)
