Grid view search results show cards with inconsistent heights

Describe the bug

When using the Grid view in the search results page, the item cards are displayed with inconsistent heights.
This causes the grid to appear uneven and misaligned, with large vertical gaps between rows.
Tested on Demo, version 9.x
The issue occurs with both items that have thumbnails and those with "No Thumbnail Available".

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the DSpace demo
2. Perform any search that returns a mix of items (with thumbnails and without).
3. Switch the results display mode to Grid view.
4. Observe that the height of the cards varies significantly from one item to another.

Expected behavior

All cards in Grid view should have a consistent height so the layout aligns properly, regardless of thumbnail presence or metadata length.
The grid should remain uniform and visually coherent across all rows.

Hi @GraziaQuercia, I'm not sure if a consistent height is a better option. Since not all items have the same metadata filled, a fixed height could result in cards with too much blank space.

@guillermo-escire : It looks like there's still some discussion on this PR. While I'm OK with assigning this to you, could you describe what your solution would be? That way others on this ticket have a chance to provide feedback before you start your work.
