Provide explanation of benefits of having an ORCID iD #5166

This is a requirement for ORCID certification: https://info.orcid.org/vendors-and-service-providers/csp-criteria-repository-systems/
It is important to explain the benefits of having and connecting an ORCID iD so users understand why this information is being collected and how the integration benefits them.
Currently, DSpace does not display this information, and this should be implemented following ORCID's OAuth sign-in guidelines: https://info.orcid.org/documentation/integration-guide/orcid-oauth-sign-in-guidelines/ (“Explaining ORCID” section). We can use the example text provided there and include a short explanation of how your integration benefits users.
