Minimum lengths for user name and password are not enforced

User "2" and password "2" actually work.

The shortest possible username should be 3 characters and shortest possible password 6 characters.

I don't think max lengths are enforced either? (16 user 20 32 pass, respectively)

Our lobby stops at 16 and 32, retail passwords are shorter.
