All languages are set in the files, if fe is available, then congrats, otherwise I cannot help, as this is from the crack itself, and not my own coding, Solidworks itself may also not natively support fe

One more thing. Douring instalations i have problem with microsoft SQL server. Instalation of this component is not working. Do you know why or what should i do?
