Create assignment dialog too tall

If one has many activities in My Activities, then the Create Assignment dialog to choose a location for the assignment is too tall, creating a scroll bar at the right that one must use to find the submit button at the bottom.

We've now had a complaint about this in the community discussions. Post there when this gets fixed.
