Dates on recurring transactions appearing wrong after saving

Describe the bug
I'm having issues when setting up fortnightly transactions. For example, when I select the 28th of January and set the schedule for every 2 weeks and select Wednesday as the day after saving, the date has changed to the 27th of January.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add new transaction
2. Set date to 28th January 2026
3. Tick recurring
4. Set to 2 weeks
5. Set day to Wednesday
6. Save
7. Date on transaction has changed to 27th January 2026

Expected behavior
Date should appear as I entered as the 28th of January is a Wednesday but the date is changing on save.
