Things that need to get into the next cesm3_0 development beta tag (the tag itself is likely near end of January)
We should get our CTSM parts in before Christmas.
This is the answer changing freeze for the coupled model. Answer changes that affect coupled model results -- have to be approved by Dave Lawrence after this point.
An additional need added is to get CESM to work with the ifx compiler on Derecho. There are issues that came up in new testing in this area.
