from PDF / Image files to CSV and seperated txt files

1. Use 'PDFs' Folder to upload your desired pdf OR image files
2. Enter the name of your desired file to the 'document_name = "DOCUMENT_NAME_HERE.pdf"'
3. Run the program and you'll have your related output files into 'extracted' folder.
