1.0.0 is ancient for ebwizardy. Are you sure the mod version isn't 4.3.14. And if it is actually 1.0.0, update.

I can tell from your logs: "Current Language: í•œêpì-' (대한ë \êp)"
This looks like gibberish but I think you have south Korean locale. People submit translation files for us in various languages, and must have messed up the wizard's handbook translation file, crashing the game at load

I have a simple workaround fix for you
Rename this file to wizardry.cfg and put it in your configs/ebwizardry folder. You have to create the ebwizardry folder in your configs directory manually. This will disable loading the localization file for the handbook. I will prepare a release that will correct / ignore loading such files by default
