It appears that apps using this type of project don't handle binary dependencies well:

It seems like the Pow.framework isn't copied over?

Steps to reproduce:

  • Create a Swift Playgrounds App
  • Add Pow as a dependency
  • Run on device

Minimal example project here: PowTest.swiftpm.zip
