Change the way the bot creates the contracts to use HTML and CSS #8
Description
The chatbot container is huge because of a lot of LateX dependencies.
These are used for sponsor contracts.
We should make the bot create the contract from HTML Jinja template and a CSS file instead, would make everything much lighter.
