[ep-matrix] [epcon] Provide a live preview of the schedule per room #1404

Description
Add a view on the schedule, which we can show in a widget on the matrix.org server and which shows the schedule for one room and automatically updates as time goes by (highlighting the current and next sessions).
This will then be shown as a Matrix widget in each of the talk rooms.
