Purely cosmetic rebrand. All vim commands are untouched.

FYI I ran into auth issues when trying to use the new name. Swapping back to codeium fixes it.

Not really cosmetic only as it breaks installation instructions

Just a heads up, when I tried installing the plugin in packer using Exafunction/windsurf.vim, it didn't work, whereas Exafunction/codeium.vim did work. I maybe mistaken, but when you're calling the install function I think it looks for the github repo, so unless you rename the repo to windsurf.vim, I don't think it'll work?
