Description

Extend ESD profile schema to support additional options from virtual server configuration.

Problem:
Removal of ESD policy fails to remove all ESD-related objects
All ESD profiles are deleted when removing just one.
ESD with lbaas_fallback_persist tag does not apply fallback persistence policy
Removing an ESD from standard virtual removes VLAN assignment
ESD pesistence settings overwritten by pool persistence config
