Add SuperLU_DIST-based NonlinearProblem class

Describe new/missing feature

Adding a basic NonlinearProblem class would make DOLFINx useable for beginners without the need to install PETSc. This could lead to a reasonably functional Windows install, and also beta portable binary wheels on at least macOS and Linux. Builds on #4185.

This is a good replacement for the deprecated PETSc NewtonSolver. While the old approach exposed the Krylov solver and allowed for alternatives to LU, this new implementation is a perfect starting point for a baseline class.
