Your remote calendars must be enabled in Fossify Calendar ➜ Settings ➜ Manage automatic backups ➜ Manage event types. Also, make sure that the Export events and Export past entries too options are checked. If backups are completely missing, that's a known issue affecting all calendars: #287 |

Davx5 notably does not backup the Calendar:
And while Fossify is set up to backup the calendar, it turns out that it doesn't do remote events at all, despite there being no warning or note in the Fossify Calendar app to communicate to the user that remote events are excluded from the backup.
I'm not sure if I overlooked a setting, or something else? Can you confirm that this is the case, and that it is intended behavour? Because my current situation is that when moving a Nextcloud server, I have now lost essentially all of my remote events from the past half a year, this includes medical appointments that are important for me to keep a record of, because they were part of the remote Nextcloud calendar.
