Discussions consolidated to one place

Per-repository discussions are now disabled to centralize questions and ideas in one place. Please use the org-wide discussions tab as the main hub for all your questions and ideas regarding any Fossify app.

Notes:

• App-specific bug reports and feature requests (Issues) still belong in their respective repositories.
• All previous discussions from other repositories have been transferred here.
• One can search for app-specific discussions using labels, e.g., label:gallery, label:messages, etc.

Issues refer to discussions. Due to the postponement, the hyperlinks are no longer valid and lead to a 404 error, which has happened to me at least twice recently.

I don't know if all links can be systematically adjusted. At least I can report individual cases.

GitHub redirects to the transferred discussion only when discussions are enabled on the source repository. I'll see if I can setup some automation for this.

The issue templates in other repos have been adjusted to point here.
