FreeJoy respond only few buttons instead of all. Everytime running in bootloader mode

Hey there. I got a problem with freejoy
1. First of all when i running the program it is running in boot mode
2. When i upload bin file i finally get acces to set up the buttons, but instead respond to all buttons the program see only 3 of 16. And Axis Analoh didn't see at all.
So can you help me and where i should to start?
