Suppose you would like to leave a comment to the live chat or view pinned comments in the live chat of the currently viewed live stream. It would be useful to be able to open the link to the live chat popup window for the live stream you are watching in the app.

Describe the solution you'd like to see implemented
One logical place to add this link would be in the "Share video" dropdown menu found below the in-app player as there are already other ways of sharing and viewing the video.

Opened live chat popup window has the following URL format:
https://www.youtube.com/live_chat?is_popout=1&v=123456789ab
where v query parameter has the same id value as in the URL for watching the video (for the above link the link for watching the video would be https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=123456789ab)
