Tracking issue for update function sources

We need update functions for:

• Sourcehut
• googlesrc - being worked on
• Ansible Galaxy - being worked on
• Forgejo (base off gitea?)

Would be nice to have:

• Gitea
• CRAN
• RubyGems
• OPAM
• Hex
• extensions.gnome.org

Looking at Forgejo, it seems its API is very similar if not identical to Gitea's. (Forgejo is a fork of Gitea after all.) Is it worth creating separating Rust functions?

We thought the same about Gitea, but it turns out there's sort of two ways of using the API and one doesn't require a token while one does. Since Forgejo is a fork, maybe this is somewhat similar? I can maybe investigate sometime soon.

We already have the functions for Gitea so Forgejo wouldn't be out of place.
