(v3) Debug Selected Test(s) should not be active for an Abstract test class

The class RowanSample9Test is an abstract test class, but the Debug Selected Test(s) is available and shouldn't be.

I'm labeling this bug as P2-Significant, because in my case the test did not error out ... but in many cases abstract tests cannot be run and that can lead to confusion when things start breaking in odd ways ...
