The Rowan3Example script generates a spec with duplicate 'Core' component entries ... #942

According to the Rowan3Example project README, the Rowan3Example project was generated using the script.

@tukanos noticed that the spec has two 'Core' entries in the component list, which is not correct.

Update Rowan3Example.ston -- @tukanos, thanks for pointing this out. this actually looks to be GemTalk/Rowan#942 ... the project was created using the script in the README and I hadn't noticed that the spec ends up with two 'Core' entries in the spec ...

Since I plan to publish a fix for #829 on masterV3.2 for 3.7.2 users, let's clean this one up at the same time ...
