fileouts using exportTopazFormatTo: put period at end of file name if no extension #944

If you send exportTopazFormatTo: with a filePath that doesn't have a file extension, a period will be added to the filename.

When you are doing a fileout in topaz format, I think that a file extension should be used ... I'm inclined to use .gs as the default ... does that make sense to you ... if the passed in filename has an extension, then it will be respected...

Yes, I think using .gs as a default extension would be a good idea.
