Add a flag to swap the HOME functionality when using virtual display + --start-app + specifying a launcher

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The documentation for --start-app notes that a launcher can be used, which much improves the usability for virtual displays. However the HOME mouse binding functionality remains the same in this context, bringing the user to the basic virtual display launcher screen instead of the specified launcher.

Describe the solution you'd like
A flag like --use-start-app-as-home so that when a user clicks the HOME binding then they'll be returned to the screen of the original --start-app, which in this use case would be the specified launcher.
