can't control android device with mouse and keyboard scrcpy

I don't know why I can't control my android device with my mouse and keyboard.
This is what i see when running scrcpy.

My device does not have this feature. USB debugging (Security settings) Running on Android 14

Thanks man, you literally saved me a ton of time. Now I can use my tablet since the screen was cracked.
Also, how do I get the audio to work because there's no sound coming from the device speakers when using scrcpy?
