Full rendering and deployment

I would like to know if there is a way to force the compilation/global regeneration of all files that make up the site, bypassing version control, even if the changes I make only involve a subset of the documents.

You could rename or delete files.publii.json, but I am sure nobody would recommend that.

@infobump - as you will probably want to deploy the whole website again, just remove all files on the server and init the deployment again. I also recommend to do a full backup of removed files from the server in case deployment will fail due some network issues or will take too much time finally.
