Disabling "Date of last website update" also removes the search bar

When I disable the button "Date of last website update" for the Technews theme, it also removes the search bar (you can see how both elements look like here: https://demo.getpublii.eu/themes/technews/).
Is there a simple way to remove the last updated date without loosing the search bar? Thanks 🙏

Indeed, there was a bug. Please download the latest 3.1.1.0 version, where it was fixed.
