Bug description

Pop up JS error when opening tags. Error goes away after restarting application. To add to this, noticed some odd behaviour on the main site where when creating tags, it will say it already exists, etc.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Have current site with tags
  2. Create second site
  3. Delete second site and return to first site
  4. Click tags, error pops up

@jdtoppin - sorry but I cannot reproduce this issue - I have created second site, then directly removed it and after coming back to the previous site I see the tags list properly.

Maybe there is some additional missing step?
