[Documentation Update] Please update documentation around Dynamic Assets

In a recent update (0.46.x) Publii was modified to support the inclusion or exclusion of Italic fonts from font families. Looking at the new dynamic-assets-mapping.js files I have noticed that this has added some complexity to the configuration that is not discussed in the documentation.

It would be nice to have the documentation updated to reflect this new feature.

Wow, thanks for flagging this dynamic-assets-mapping.js. I was going by the docs for a custom theme, and you're right that it's not mentioned in the custom font section:
